Shipping Information
We ship our freeze-dried fruit from Bangkok, Thailand to Australia and across Europe. Here’s everything you need to know before you order.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Bangkok, Thailand within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Thai public holidays are dispatched on the next available business day.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures. Australia: 5–10 business days. Europe: 7–14 business days. We are actively expanding our shipping network — sign up to our waitlist to be notified when we launch in your region.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery market. We offer flat-rate tracked shipping to all supported countries. Free shipping is available on orders that meet the threshold for your region.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@fruittropics.com with your order number. If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
