What is freeze-dried fruit?
Freeze-drying removes water from fresh fruit using low temperatures and vacuum pressure, locking in colour, flavour and nutrients without added sugar or preservatives. The result is a light, crunchy snack that tastes intensely of the original fruit.
Is there anything added to your fruit?
No. Every product contains a single ingredient: 100% fruit. No added sugar, no sulfur dioxide, no artificial colours or flavours — ever.
How long does freeze-dried fruit last?
Unopened, our products have a shelf life of 12–18 months. Once opened, store in a cool, dry place in a sealed bag and enjoy within 2–3 weeks for the best texture and flavour.
Does freeze-dried fruit retain its nutrients?
Yes. Freeze-drying is one of the gentlest preservation methods available, retaining up to 97% of the original vitamins, minerals and antioxidants found in fresh fruit — far more than heat-drying or conventional dehydration.
Where does your fruit come from?
All of our fruit is sourced directly from trusted orchards in Thailand. We work closely with growers who share our commitment to quality — picking fruit at peak ripeness and processing it quickly to lock in freshness.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Australia and across Europe, with more regions coming soon. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right immediately.
Can I use freeze-dried fruit in cooking and baking?
Absolutely. Our fruit works beautifully in smoothies, yoghurt, granola, muesli, chocolate, baked goods and as a garnish on desserts. Many professional chefs use it for its intense flavour and vivid colour — a little goes a long way.
