Freeze Dried Fruit for Kids: A Fun & Healthy Snack Option

Getting kids to eat more fruit can be challenging. Freeze dried fruit makes it easier and more fun for them.

Why kids often like it:

✓ Crunchy texture that feels like a treat

✓ Naturally sweet with no added sugar

✓ No sticky hands or mess

✓ Bright colours and tropical flavours

✓ Easy to pack in lunchboxes

Important note: Supervise young children (under 3) as the light pieces can be a choking risk.
