Getting kids to eat more fruit can be challenging. Freeze dried fruit makes it easier and more fun for them.

Easy Freeze Dried Tropical Fruit Muffins
Ingredients (makes 12 muffins):
1½ cups plain flour
1 cup crushed freeze dried mango and/or pineapple Mango & Passion Fruit • Freeze Dried
⅓ cup sugar or honey
2 eggs
½ cup milk or buttermilk
⅓ cup oil or melted butter
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Method:
→ Preheat oven to 180°C.
→ Mix dry ingredients, then wet ingredients, then combine gently, do not overmix.
→ Pour into your muffin tray and sprinkle the top with oats for extra goodness.
→ Bake for 18–22 minutes.
→ Cool and enjoy!
